This session looks at how energy is currently moving through your system, and how that connects to what you’re experiencing.

What Goes On

We look at patterns across the chakra system and talk through what's showing up, as well as how it connects to your thoughts, reactions, and habits.

What You Leave With

A clearer understanding of what's going on, as well as insight into patterns that may not have been obvious.

What Happens After

You gain a sense of what needs attention next. If you want to continue, we can work with this more intentionally through coaching.
